PS Texture Sheet Production

The production process of PS texture sheet is mainly divided into four stages: raw material preparation, extrusion molding, surface treatment, cutting and packaging. First, the polystyrene (PS) particles are mixed and dried with modified additives, masterbatch and other raw materials to ensure that the material is free of moisture. Then, it is melted and plasticized at a high temperature of 180-220℃ through a plastic extruder, extruded and molded through a T-type die, and then solidified by a three-roll calender and cooling system to form a basic board. Then, the surface pattern is processed, and the hot pressing/cold pressing process can be used to make a three-dimensional texture. After the formed board is accurately cut, trimmed and quality inspected, it is film-coated and packaged, and finally delivered. The entire production process requires strict control of parameters such as temperature and speed, and waste recycling and environmental protection treatment are carried out to ensure that the product quality meets the use requirements of the bathroom environment.
